There will be a Cherokee Hills neighborhood meeting on Tuesday, November 7 at 6:30PM. The meeting will be held at the First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, 722 Grace street, Greenwood SC 29649.

Please plan to attend the upcoming neighborhood meeting for an update on the progress of the Cherokee Hills revised covenants, an overview of the proposed covenant format, and a question and answer session.

Wilson Bruce, vice president of Town and Country Property Management Inc. will lead the discussion and give an overview of the intent of the covenants and guidelines. He will also outline what will be required for approval of the finished covenants so that they may be filed at the county court house. Light snacks and refreshments will be offered.
